Paul Bunyan Parade Application

The Parade will start at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 30, 2009.  All applications must be completed and submitted no later than Monday, May 15th in order to ensure a position in the Parade line-up.  Please complete the form by providing all the information requested. Submission of this entry form does not ensure acceptance; Parade Steering Committee approval is required.

Please give a brief description of your entry and any particular comments you would like the radio 
announcer to make to the spectators and radio audience. You are reminded that all commercial 
entries must provide some decoration to be of interest to the spectators.  Thank you for coming

In consideration of the acceptance of this application, the applicant named herein agrees to indemnify, defend and and hold harmless the Mason County Forest Festival, the City of Shelton, Mason County, their respective officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any loss, damage, expense or injury, together with reasonable attorney fees to persons and/or property caused by or connected with the operation and/or behavior or applicant's unit in connection with festival activies.
