  For Sale:  Door and Body Trim. This is a very pliable soft PVC rubber trim that has a locking metal interior that is far superior to the original stuff. I use it around the gas tank, along the tops of the rear seat backs, door pocket openings, and top of the body, top of the doors and around the bottom edge of the hardtop. It look identical to the original trim but is made from a high tech 21st century rubber that holds up much better than the original. Window Seal. This is a hollow "D" shaped very compressible and reforming custom formulated EPDM sponge rubber compound that has a very special adhesive on the flat side for the "D" where it attaches to the car. The adhesive stays pliable for 72 hours. Then it cures and holds the rubber in place forever. The adhesive can also be removed without damaging anything. "D" shaped foam self adhesive window seal, gas tank seal will be: $1.50 per foot shipped.

  For Sale:  VW THING CALIPER BRACKETS A pair of brackets designed to install 4 lug Karmann Ghia or Type III disc brakes on a VW Thing. You must use 15" 4 lug wheels or install spacers between the rotor and the adapter if you wish to use a 14" Thing wheel. Using spacers will most likely cause a shimmy that you won't be able to get rid of. The part number for the rotor is 113407075 and the part number for the caliper is 311615107/311615108. These parts must be sourced elsewhere. You don't use any backing plates with this conversion. These are sold "FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY' $95.00 a pair plus shipping. They weigh about 5 lbs.
